Big News!
I asked and she said yes!
We found a nice spot above the Pacific Ocean on the Tennessee River Valley trail in the Marin Headlands, CA. The weather was perfect. The spot was perfect. And she said the ring was perfect. (phew!)

Update: Since everyone is asking... Yes, that is a photo of the actual event. No, it's not a recreation by professional actors. (I placed the camera on a rock and set the timer. A few seconds after the shot, the wind blew the camera off the rock. I'm sure glad it got the shot first!)
